I design lessons to teach what a student comes to class to learn on any type of guitar. I also have structured formal lessons for teaching the guitar as a musical instrument. I use approved teaching material as well as my own material, experience, musical rapport and teaching style.

A professional performing/recording musician, I've taught music and instruments for a decade.  My students learn many tricks-of-the-trade they won't learn anywhere else, and get live performance experience. I'm classically trained, a music major, and teach music theory, aural perception, technique, and genre.

My teaching methods and experience help students learn quickly and also to play the guitar correctly with an understanding of the instrument and music
